I think different personality types do have different learning styles. The way people feel or receive others and their advice effects their learning. I don't think it makes you a better teacher if you perform a personality assessment on all your students. I figured teachers get a feel for their students within the first couple of weeks, and that is the personality assessment. You learn from observation who does better in what area. I don't think the test I just took would help me learn my students. I believe it would hinder me because I would look at what type of person they are according to the test, and that may cause a disconnect between my students and me.
